US Mint Sales: September 11 National Medals, Grant Spouse Gold Coins Debut
The US Mint released the debuting sales numbers of four new products. They were the September 11 National Medals from West Point and Philadelphia and the Julia Grant First Spouse Gold Coins in proof and uncirculated qualities.
The September 11 National Medals launched Monday, June 20, and were the products many buyers found most interesting. Their initial sales figure totaled 50,998. Broken out, the version from the mint facility in West Point proved more popular than the one from Philadelphia, 33,046 to 17,952.(…)
